Do you ship overseas?
No, we currently do not ship all over the world. We ship within the USA (49 states). We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals and updates.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
Do you offer gift wrapping
We don’t currently offer traditional gift wrapping. However, our White Glove Delivery service (available on select products) goes a step further — ensuring your order is carefully handled, placed exactly where you want it, and all packaging removed. It’s our way of making every delivery feel like a gift.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
